I am a biologist with a passion for plant genomics, focusing on subtropical and Mediterranean crops and their wild relatives. My work is truly multidisciplinary. I integrate field research, laboratory experiments, and bioinformatics to develop genomic tools that enhance our understanding of these crops. My research aims to uncover the diversity and adaptation mechanisms of subtropical and Mediterranean crops. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Breeding and Developmental Biology of Subtropical Fruit at IHSM "La Mayora" UMA-CSIC, thanks to the Momentum program.
